Using Behavioral Assessments: Do Not ‘Hire and Forget’

I’ve more than once reminded clients that the data they pull from the Predictive Index®  when conducting a candidate  search should be used continually throughout the employee life-cycle.  Where better to cull information on how to best motivate, coach and manage a new employee?
