The CRM Program Analyst is responsible for the implementation, testing and administration of software applications that support tracking and measurement of the depth and quality of customer relationships. The CRM Program analyst reports to the Retail Service Manager and will work with the Product Analyst, Remote Delivery Specialist and frontline supervisors to understand business requirements and then develop and execute plans to ensure that the software fulfills relationship management needs. The Analyst will develop custom work-flows and referral processes, on-line forms and reports and provide on-going coordination and support, including training for CRM related software along with the release of testing and implementation. The preferred candidate must have an ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, have command of computer technology and Microsoft Office software, and have experience working with bank and CRM technology in banking operations. AS degree with concentration in IT, Marketing, or Business preferred but will consider a relevant alternative combination of degree and experience. Previous experience as a data analyst is required.
